How to replace an apex legends account

In order for a replacement to be made, you must keep a video recording of the purchase and further account verification in the launcher or on the apex legends website, without the presence of a video, the replacement will be refused

1) Go to the email address you specified when paying.

2) Open the order letter for which you have a question.


3) Click on the link in the download product field (as in the screenshot):


4) Click the "Write to the Seller" button:
